Falling back in love with food. Even falling back in love with cooking. We've gotten a bit messed up. Unbalanced and confused.
Coach Steph received text after text from Lifestyle Fit Coach program client Santana with disbelief over all the amazing food we're cooking up (and rocking our physiques with).
"Stephanie, this recipe book is unbelievable! So hard to believe that I'm allowed all these foods but results are happening soo....."

FRUIT-FILLED PROTEIN-PACKED OVERNIGHT QUINOA & OATS

Serves: 1
INGREDIENTS
• 1⁄4 cup large flaked rolled oats • 1⁄4 cup cooked quinoa • 3 tbsp Isa Pro whey • 3⁄4 cup unsweetened almond milk • 1 packet stevia (or 5 drops of liquid) • 1⁄4 banana, mashed
• 1⁄2 tablespoon ground flaxseed
• 2 tablespoons raspberries • 2 tablespoons blueberries • 1⁄4 cup diced peaches
• 1 tsp cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
In a medium bowl combine oats, quinoa, protein powder, ground flax, cinnamon, and stevia. Stir to combine.
Add in mashed banana, berries, and peaches.
Pour in almond milk, and mix ingredients together.
Place in the fridge and leave overnight.
In the morning, remove from the fridge, heat on the stovetop or microwave, or enjoy cold!
If you find the mixture is too thick in the morning just add in some water.
