Sculpted Shoulders Workout 1

I love seeing a set of round, mushroom capped shoulders on a women...it's screams "FIT!" and really helps make a waist looks smaller and overall feminine shape.

Here's a 45 minute shoulder workout that I am currently using to train Kaylee for an upcoming Fitness Model competition.

The Workout:

Warm-up, then

1. Seated Shoulder Press (4 x 8 reps)

2. Evil 18s (4 x 18 reps)

3. Front Plate Raises (4 x 10 reps)

4. Side Lateral (4 x 12 reps)

5. Bent over, rear delt flys (3 x 10 reps)

6. Front Raises (3 x 12 reps)

7. Walking Plank (3 x 15 reps)
