You'll find this place is different. We build each other up, we cheer each other on, we LOVE seeing our fellow sisters just rocking it!

And when the haters come out, you better believe we've got our sisters back!

Yesterday, Coach Val posted this Power Prep program progress picture on her Busy Mom Gets Fit Facebook page of her amazingly gorgeous client Angie.

"Angie came to me with an already great physique, but we are eating and lifting to grow grow grow for a few more weeks to up her game. We are seeing some great progress in back width! Way to go Angie!" ~ Coach Val

THEN THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS CAME.....cowards hiding behind their computer.

  • "That's not the same person"

  • "Too muscular"

  • "It's not a look I'm going for myself"

  • "Eww gross"

Here's what Coach Val wrote on her Facebook page today:

"Wow. I just had to delete a post due to many mean and ignorant comments. --- I can deal with them when you say mean things about me, but I can't stand for you to be cruel to those I care about. In this case, is was a progress picture of one of my contest prep clients. --- It was the same person in both. If you'd like to see her awesomeness it's still on my Instagram, as people tend to be more tactful there. --- This is not the place for negativity. Take it elsewhere"

THERE WAS MORE POSITIVE & ENCOURAGING COMMENTS (from Coach Val's IG @busymomgetsfit)...

The haters better move along, as there is no place in our full heart and spirit for hate. We'll blow you away with our light and strength. #sistersinshape
