BBQ Chicken Pizza and Chocolate PB Shake

A quick and healthy dinner that feels like an indulgence!

My family loves this pizza recipe, and I make it healthier by eating just 1/2 a pita-pizza and filling the other half of my plate with kale salad.

Since the protein is a bit scarce in the pizza recipe, I enjoy a chocolate peanut butter shake (1/2 portion of protein powder).

BBQ Chicken Pizza

Makes 1 Pizza

Ingredients:

- whole wheat pita

- 1 tbsp BBQ sauce

- 2 ounces grilled chicken (chopped)

- 2 peices of bacon (chopped)

- 1 tbsp cilantro (chopped)

- small handful of shredded cheese (I use marble cheese)

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350F.

2. Spread BBQ sauce on top of pita

3. Add all other ingredients over pita

4. Bake until pita is crispy and cheese is bubbling (approx. 10 minutes)

Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake

Makes 1 Shake

Ingredients:

- 1/2 package of IsaLean Pro Chocolate protein powder

- 2 tbsp PB2

- 250 ml of skim milk

- 250 ml of water

- 4 ice cubes

Directions:

1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
