Last year my friend, Meaghan took me through her glute workout after I asked how she trains her enviable booty. How cool is it that her & her coach Renee let me post the workout to share with you?
This focussed glute workout is done along with a leg day every week...need to keep the other parts of the leg strong!
Be sure to put your "mind into the muscle" (hellloooo bum!) & choose weights that are challenging enough so you couldn't do two more reps of the exercise.
This workout isn't very long, so I like to perform a 20 minute HIIT session after this workout to add that extra kick!
