What is SiS @ Home?

SiS @ Home is a workout program designed for the woman who likes to crank up the tunes, grip the iron and get it done in the comfort of her own home.

 

It was created FOR & BY women to feel empowered by their workouts and rock it on their own time!

 

 

Who can do SiS @ Home?

While everyone is welcome to workout with SiS @ Home, it is truly designed for the Intermediate to Advanced exerciser who want more than starter program, but aren’t in need of a competition program.  Beginners are certainly welcome, and we will provide you a Beginner Workout for the first several weeks, and then ease you into the @ Home program workouts.

 

A coach will help you assess if you’re a Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced in your Onboarding.

What Do You Get With SiS @ Home?

On the first Monday of each month, you will get the newest workout program, catered to home workouts.  It will require basic home equipment and 30-40 minutes of time to complete.  You will also get personal support from the creators of the program, membership to a closed group of women who are also part of the SiS @ Home community (there is great strength in numbers), nutritional tips & healthy recipe ideas.

 

 

How Long are the Workouts?

Each of the 3-4 weekly workouts can be completed in 40 minutes or less.  There are also additional movement suggestions to help you stay active throughout the week, as we believe that daily activity is part of a healthy lifestyle.

 

 

How much does it cost to be a part of this community?

The workouts, program and support are available for a monthly fee of just $34.  

 

What about Nutrition?

There is some nutritional support offered with the program in the form of nutritional tips and recipes.  However, if you are interested in accelerating your results and getting hands-on guidance with your nutrition, you’ll be given the option to learn about the systems and meal planning techniques the coaches use to help with time management of meals, weight loss, energy and lean muscle development.

 

 

What Equipment Do I Need?

At minimum:

- 1 set of dumbbells

- Stability ball

- Set of bands

- Exercise mat

 

Additional home exercise pieces will be shown in the workouts, however if you don't have these pieces of equipment, then we can modify the exercise to accomplish similar results.

MEET YOUR SiS @ HOME COACHES

Hi I'm Erica!  I'm the founder of Sisters In Shape and a 2x North American Pro Bikini Champion, Oxygen Fitness Model & CEO of GORGO Women's Fitness Magazine.

In my "real life" I work full-time as a Finance executive for an IT company and do my best as a busy mom of two awesome kids!

 

After I had my daughter in Aug 2014, I found myself working out a home to regain my fitness, shape & vitality.  So when my SiS Niki approached me with the idea of SiS @ Home and I KNEW that we couldn't leave anyone behind on our Sisters In Shape mission and started this program!  I look forward to getting to know you!

Hi!  I’m Niki, and I believe in a healthy and balanced lifestyle within the world of fitness.  I crave it and I love it!

 

But as a very busy wife/mom/business owner, I know for a fact that there can be a difficult juggling act with the precious time we have available for ourselves and for our family.   In the past, this often led to the feeling of having to choose one over the other, often resulting in an overwhelming feeling of guilt, no matter what I chose.

 

In my quest for health, happiness and balance, I have discovered that it is possible for a woman to kick it just as hard in a home setting as she can in the gym, with great success!!  This has allowed me to make my fitness fit into my own time frame, without sacrificing quality or results and holding tight to my family time – MINUS THE GUILT!!  

  

This has helped reduce stress and offer an example to my family and friends that being fit and healthy IS possible while you are busy!   I love to share fitness (get me started and I could talk for hours!), especially with my son.  I find his new interest in weights, muscles and a little healthy competition to be the greatest reward!

 

I am excited to be able to offer support for other women to feel the benefits of a great workout in their own homes!
